These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our employee and staff management system, including the mobile app and admin portal (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
“User” means any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Services.
“Administrator” means a User granted administrative privileges to manage an organization’s account.
“Employee” means an individual who is added by an Administrator to the Platform to track attendance, tasks, or related data.
“Content” refers to any data, text, images, documents, or other information uploaded or generated within the Platform.
“Subscription Plan” refers to the paid or free plan under which Users access the Services.
By creating an account, registering, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, any updated versions, and any additional policies posted on the Platform (e.g., Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Click4Karmchari provides a cloud‑based employee management system, including—but not limited to—modules for:
Employee Details: Centralized profiles for personal, professional, and contact information.
Leave & Expense: Digital submission, approval, and tracking of leave requests and expense claims.
Time & Attendance: Real‑time check‑in/check‑out tracking, shift management, and report generation.
Important Document: Secure storage and retrieval of employee contracts, certificates, and HR documents.
Asset Movement: Monitoring allocation, usage, and return of company assets.
Project Task: Task assignment, progress tracking, and performance evaluations.
Additional features may be introduced, modified, or removed at our discretion. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability.
To access the Services, you must register for an account using a valid email address or mobile number and create a secure password. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Click4Karmchari offers various Subscription Plans (free, monthly, yearly) with different feature sets and user limits. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or local currency where applicable.
Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days; yearly subscriptions are billed once per year. Upgrades or downgrades in plan will be pro‑rated.
Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets (Paytm, PhonePe). Payment must be made in advance of each billing cycle.
Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT). You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us at checkout.
We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee for new annual subscriptions, provided no more than 30% of the employee accounts are active. To request a refund, contact support within seven days of purchase. Month‑to‑month subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next billing cycle, but no refunds are provided for partial months. Free trial accounts expire automatically at the end of the trial period.
Users agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Not attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform or its code.
Refrain from uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Not share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to third parties.
Avoid using automated scripts or bots to access or scrape data from the Platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and code underlying Click4Karmchari are owned or licensed by us. Except for data you upload (e.g., employee profiles, documents), you have no right or license to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, copy, and display your uploaded data solely for providing the Services. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and store personal data. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with partners, but no personally identifiable information will ever be disclosed without explicit consent or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click4Karmchari and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
Unauthorized access or alteration of your data, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last twelve (12) months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, so this limitation may not apply in full.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS‑IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CLICK4KARMCHARI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Click4Karmchari, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
Your unauthorized use of the Platform or misuse of any Content.
Any third‑party claim that your Content infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and we may delete or archive your data in accordance with our data retention policy. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and ceasing all use of the Services.
Click4Karmchari reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for any updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Both parties agree to waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
